The telescope struggled to elevate beyond 60–70°, making high-altitude targets nearly impossible. After diagnosing the issue, I reached out to ZWO — who kindly sent a replacement worm gear and worm free of charge (I only paid for shipping). Full disassembly, part swap, and reassembly followed. Everything has been running flawlessly since, with well over 1 TB of .fits data captured on this setup.
